Facial expressions that I cannot represent with emoticons
Please let me know if you know a good ascii representation of any of the following:
- a sheepish grin
- an encouraging “it’ll be ok” smile
- laughing after crying hysterically
- naive determination
- indignation
- that particular forced smile made by a father when his daughter announces her engagement to the exact kind of man he hoped she wouldn’t

Spew! Now I am so damn tempted to spend the rest of the afternoon playing with international character sets.
I just need to be careful. I think it was six or seven or so years ago that I switched the language setting on my phone to Arabic, just to be contrary. And then for an afternoon I had a hell of a time working my way back through logic trees to the point at which I could revert to English.
