Possible improvements to the World Cup that would get me out of bed early enough to watch most of the matches

I’d get up way earlier if they played every game on a combination of these two pitches:

(three-sided football)

It would also help if they played in these.

    I love it just the way it is — maybe minus the vuvuzelas? I’m beginning to have second thoughts — but the geometry of that three sided one is beautiful.

    Rumour has it the ‘new’ Wembley stadium’s pitch was based on the second photo.

    I’ve always thought baseball needed more obstacles. Hills, water and sand traps, quicksand, hurdles to jump/trip over between bases. They only thing they need to change about futbol is getting rid of off sides or coming up with a better solution for cherry picking.
