Roman Bird Platter

& the importance of forcing a fill flash [which in my case means half-pulling the trigger whilst pointing your gun into a dark corner]…

Though i can’t decide which version i like better. Regardless, rest assured the fancy avian platter is in a good place above the lemon bowl [not pictured].

Ah, the bird has found another great resting place. Your homes always look so inviting, Derek. You and Jess seem always to find beautiful light.

Thanks again Cindy, the bird platter is rather happy there, so he tells me. Though the proliferation of sea gulls this far inland has him worried.

Fucking seagulls. Those birds hate me. I have never encountered a seagull who didn’t eye me with that “I can take you” look. What assholes.

The sea gulls here are quite the phenomena, from what i understand they’re relatively newcomers & you didn’t see them here forty years ago. But now they sound like screaming babies at all hours of the night. What’s stranger is that only the males hang around the rooftops & all the females float around in the river. I sense a new species of Roman gull emerging.
