    India! This is the best. I have been dimly aware of The Hole. Can’t recall how I learned of it. But I really really really want to see this film.

    I think that you really need the context of a dense and older-feeling metropolis such as New York (or San Francisco) for such places as The Hole to exert their mysterious power.

    That much said, the Dallas dump (technically, a landfill) to which Deron took me possesses its own very different yet still other-worldly aura.
