It’s up there. They also made that really expensive douche mobile — I’m drawing a blank on the name — that looked like a cross between a chopper and a street rod from the 40s, but that one was so expensive, you only see a few men of a certain age driving them around Dallas. It’s vomit-enducing endearing.
I didn’t remember right away, either. Came to me, though, when the blacklight in my mind switched on.
BTW, I was walking into “the market” in Brookside on Saturday, when what to my wondering eye should appear, a gleaming Maserati Quattroporte, angle-parked just outside the entry. It was as white as a new-fallen snow. Glowed as if sitting in a ray from above. The trident in the grill seemed bigger than normal. I gazed a moment. Wondered what it might be like to sit behind the wheel. With visions of sugar-plums dancing, I went inside to buy the list of things Danny sent me by email, snacky hors d’oeurvey things, for pre-dinner and guests coming over that evening.
I love this.
Are they driving a P.T. Cruiser? If so, that’s what happened.

Indeed. We should make a list.
I almost said something about it appearing to be a P.T. Cruiser! Clusterflock’s least favorite automobile?

These are by David Malki !, by the way.
Deron, you must be talkin’ bout a Prowler.
Yes! I must have blocked it.

Yum.
