The graffiti was there when I visited earlier this month – I felt very sad about it.
Motherfuckers.
There’s a great photo somewhere in the clusterflock archives of Sheila standing in front of Prada Marfa.
I came to the conclusion that a decent photo needs to be taken late in the day due to the light. I did take a poor cell phone photo and if I could work out to add it to a comment I would! Is it possible?
I don’t know how to post a photo to comments, but I’ll bet others do.
You can send it to me and I’ll upload it, or click Media in your account, and it will let you upload a photo and give you the URL you can link.
Okay here is my less than satisfactory shot of Prada, Marfa.
I was almost going to post a link to it when I learned that Phil was in Marfa.
By the way, the first spate of graffiti appeared within six months or a year of the installation.
