Porcupines are a commonly overlooked consideration.
As usual, porcupines could care less.
I bet they hate that name.
Now I’m trying to determine just how much less a porcupine could care.
The one we saw–between Marfa and Presidio–was being visited by buzzards. They were intrigued in the usual way, but also seemed perplexed as to how to proceed (the creature having died in a defensive position).
