    The prevailing train of thought was that if people are being laid-off, unemployment is high, and you still have money to pay for a wax, you are a bad person.

    Dave, that was exactly the quote I was going to pull too. What a bizarre article. Am I a good person because I have no money and don’t get my netherlands waxed? (Apologies to the Dutch for that one.)
