The Six Weirdest Cities People Actually Live In

Look, we’re idiots: None of us knows what, exactly, goes into city planning, but we assume it’s probably a lot of distinguished gentlemen emailing each other about math, statistics and blueprints. But somewhere along the line, somebody accidentally CC’ed the insane asylum, and we wound up with the following civilizations that simply should not be.

    The other night a friend and I were talking about cities (or towns) that aren’t in fact cities (or towns). We identified a couple of major categories: towns that are really conglomerations of tourist attractions (Pigeon Forge, TN) and towns that are recreations of towns (Colonial Williamsburg).

    I could give you the context of the conversation, but it might bring me unwanted surveillance from some law enforcement agency.
