Sure, Elmo loves you, but when’s the last time Elmo held anyone’s hand on the threshold of eternal night?

Oh, Big Bird.
I love it that Big Bird says, “That’s not fair!” when Osiris refuses to release the little boy from his 4,000 years of wandering between this world and the afterlife.
If Osiris had not backed down, I bet Snuffleupagus would have kicked his ass.
Oh man, I actually remember watching this as a kid.
Joel, did it scare you? It seems kinda scary to me.
Big Bird: “Oh, no! The demon’s gonna be here any second now!”
I remember loving this movie when I was littler, but I could not for the life of me even tell you what it was called at this point.
That’s me waving.
Some day I’ll have to tell y’all tales of my annual seasonal job while I was in college: staffing a membership booth set up by the Dallas PBS affiliate. In a shopping mall. (NorthPark, for you cognoscenti.)
Membership premiums? Muppets.
Many people were unclear on the concept.
“How much that Big Bird?”
